Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

• Tool content, categories and configuration are delivered to the app from calcduo.com or hesapdahi.com.
• When you run an online tool, the input values required to produce the result are sent to the relevant service.
• For file conversion tools, the selected file is uploaded temporarily. A conversion job expires after 30 minutes, and its input and output files are removed by the automatic cleanup process.
• Technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, request time and error logs may be processed by the server infrastructure for security, abuse prevention and service operation.

2. Information stored on your device

Language, theme and analytics preferences, favorite and recently used tools, and calculation history are stored in the app’s local storage on your device. Calculation history may include inputs and result summaries so you can view them again.

You can remove this data using the history and favorite controls in the app or by clearing the app’s data.

3. Usage analytics

Firebase Analytics is enabled only after your explicit consent. Analytics collection remains disabled when you do not consent, and you can change this choice later in Settings.

• Screen, category and tool identifiers
• Success or error status for calculations and file conversions
• Selected app language, site mode and safe numeric counts
• Calculator inputs, results, file names and search queries are not included in analytics events

4. Advertising

When enabled from the administration panel, the app may use Google AdMob to display banner ads near the bottom of a page. During ad delivery, Google may process device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions and consent information under its own policies. The app does not display an ad placement while advertising is disabled.

5. Third-party services

The service may use providers such as Firebase Analytics, Google Mobile Ads, and hosting and security infrastructure. Some tools may contact data providers identified within the tool to generate a result.

6. Retention

• Local preferences, favorites and history remain on your device until you remove them or clear the app data.
• File conversion jobs expire after 30 minutes and their files enter automatic cleanup.
• Technical server logs may be retained only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and legal obligations.

7. Your choices

• Enable or disable usage analytics from Settings.
• Clear calculation history and remove favorites.
• Delete local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

8. Security and children’s privacy

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can provide absolute security.

The service is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly seek personal information from children who require parental consent under applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
