Editorial Policy and Service Information

This page explains why we provide CalcDuo and related Hesap Dahi tools, how we prepare results and guides, the limits we acknowledge, and how to report a possible error.

1. Purpose and accountability

CalcDuo is a calculator, conversion and practical-information service operated by Epik Bilgi Teknolojileri. Our purpose is to make common tasks accessible through understandable inputs and clearly presented results.

The explanation, field labels, assumptions, source notes and warnings on each tool page define that tool’s scope. These principles are a transparent account of our approach, not a claim of professional status or perfect accuracy.

2. Calculation and tool methodology

  • Calculators process values supplied by the user with the formula, rule and assumptions stated by the tool. They are intended to produce consistent results for the same inputs under the same version conditions.
  • Rounding, units, date ranges, tax brackets, rate effective dates and defaults can change a result. Where material, these conditions are identified on the tool screen or in its guide.
  • For conversion and file tools, output depends on the source file, selected format and technical components in use. Important files should always be checked independently after processing.
  • Where practical, formulas are checked with sample inputs, boundary values and expected outputs. Such checks cannot cover every case and do not guarantee error-free results.

3. Sources and freshness

For changing subjects such as law, health, finance, tax and technical standards, we prefer official bodies, legislation, standards organizations and primary data providers where available. When a tool depends on external data, we aim to identify the source or data context on the relevant page.

Rates, rules and third-party data can change or arrive late. Use the date and source note shown on the page, and verify the current primary source before an official transaction or important decision.

4. Review and update approach

  • A tool may be reviewed when we identify a change to its calculation rule, governing requirements, data source, technical dependency or clarity.
  • User reports, inconsistent outputs and source changes help us prioritize corrections. When a material error is confirmed, the relevant formula, wording or warning is corrected.
  • Update frequency differs by tool. Publication does not mean that data is real-time or always reflects the latest official version.

5. AI-assisted content policy

AI tools may assist with tasks such as drafting, translation, classification, language refinement or technical suggestions. An AI output is not treated by itself as a source or proof of accuracy.

The operator remains accountable for published content and corrections. Source comparison, consistency with tool behavior and technical checks may be used, but neither human nor automated checks can guarantee the absence of every error.

6. Limits of results

Tool results are for information and preliminary calculation. They are not an official decision, quote, diagnosis, or financial, tax, legal or medical advice. When personal circumstances or current rules matter, consult the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

7. Corrections and contact

If you find a possible formula, translation, source, accessibility or wording issue, email info@calcduo.com. Including the tool name or page URL, inputs used, expected and observed results, and any official source link will help us investigate.
